Had a nice 1 night stay here and would definitely stay again. For it being a Hilton, it has all the standardized amenities figured out (digital check in, allowing you to select your own room). Property is a cool mid century design with both exterior and interior room access, allowing for either quick exit to parking or a covered journey to the main lobby etc. Hot tub is on the small side, but it worked and was clean. Pool is massive and was great. Room was clean, comfortable and the decor/design was great. Only consideration would be to make the bathroom feel a bit “warmer” and provide more than a bar of soap. The TV was mounted on the wall way off to the side of the room requiring a rather uncomfortable viewing angle, but that’s about the only flaw.

First time here and super impressed by the constant amazing customer service. Every single employee I interacted with was top notch. So kind, helpful and just nice, regardless of the request. My room was beautifully decorated and spacious. Every meal was delicious- do try the chop salad with salmon and you definitely need a sports massage at the spa. I’d travel for that again. Thanks Flamingo Resort

Mid century modern is my obsession lately. It’s in a lovely location, quick walk to Safeway or CVS if something is needed. Room was very clean, no smell, and awesome vibe all around. I put a video of the room attached.

We had s great time here. The rooms are dated and the toilets don’t function well. However, the room was very clean, and the staff were really nice and helpful. The pool is heated (great in the cold nights). The hot tub was perfect. And there is s great work out room!

This is the best hotel to hook up at. People who work there are not in your business. At Hotel E in Santa Rosa, I was asked: “What is the purpose of your visit?” Hotels that train their employees to ask that are stupid. At The Flamingo, the rooms are organized in arms. A map of the place looks like an octopus. So when the front desk gives you a map and explains how to find your room, pay attention. You can go straight to your room, which has been re-modeled in a mid-century style, or enjoy the restaurant. It’s very good. In the morning, I was pleasantly surprised to find an excellent black tea bag. There is a kettle, so I brewed up a cup of tea that was delicious. I need caffeine in the morning. This had it. Most hotels don’t have such good tea. I just called the hotel to ask about the tea. It’s called Upper Case Tea. I’m going to find out if I can buy it. There is shopping and restaurants very nearby. You can easily walk there.

We had a good time over all, and this time we had a nice room. I like the Yarrow building and the room we had was so convenient because it was out the door straight to elevator, and out to pool/ hot tub. We got the food out couch King room in anticipation of grandkids coming, but they changed their mind, so for us plenty of space! The only complaint about the room was it took maybe two minutes for shower water to get hot. Also, they still don’t have room service from what i can tell/ a way to call in food / drinks to be delivered to room or pool area. They really need that; they said they’re thinking about it. It was during blues and tattoos fest which we didn’t attend and have Virgin skin, but we Loved all the eye Candy! The room came with two nice bathrobes for use while you are there, too, plus abundant nice smelling bathroom products for use. A beautiful features at the hotel is the will allow you to come enjoy amenities before your room is ready, and they allow you to stay all day after you’ve checked out to continue enjoying amenities! And even though there are still a few jets in hot tub not working, it worked better than last time we were here. And the pool itself is nice and warm, with plenty clean towels to use all around! We were celebrating my hubbies bday and my daughter brought us a fully cooked salmon dinner and salad and Prosecco that 8 of us were able to enjoy in the Yarrow building lobby area with a round table and comfy chairs and couches surrounding it. A perfect private party location, at no additional charge, where we didn’t have to mess up our bedroom with food stuff and kept restaurant happy we were not bringing outside food in, AND you could not match that dinner deal! The only overall complaint is that the outdoor pool restrooms toilets (both!) became completely clogged and unusable on the day we were leaving, a Sunday which was not good because the lobby restrooms require you to be clothed up a bit to go into them or you get lots of stares. I would have given 5 stars this time if it weren’t for those outdoor pool bathrooms!

Was a fun stay. Loved the gym and the bar/restaurant. Went to “90’s night” and it was a good time. Bartender was a bit grumpy, but I get it. It’s a bar. Rooms were a 4 out of 5. Definitely need updating.

Staff was amazing. Helpful, attentive, and respectful. Hotel is all decked out for the holidays so ambiance was warm and inviting with a splash of fun. Room was clean and had what you needed. Older place but kept up pretty well. Pool area is great. Drinks and food a little high priced but they were good. Would totally recommend! Great for events and parties.
